I am so sorry to hear about your weight gain, but happy to know your hip replacement is doing well.
I'm just happy to "speak" to like-minded person about what the heck I am going through.
I switched over to Atkins bars. They are pretty good. My knees are "talking" to me with my increase in weight.
Let's not commiserate. Let's DO SOMETHING with what we have. You have at least 3 weeks to get it together. That's the number of days experts tell us it takes to develop a routine.
I'm SO happy that I am not in this alone.
