Tomorrow is my big day to play tennis. Gurrrl!! I don't know about the acupuncture and I am too embarrassed to have massages because I am so self-conscious of my rolls of fat. So, I just go on the court and hit a few tennis balls.
I'll try to get in 10,000 steps tomorrow. Once I'm up, I am able to keep going. It's just that first step and overcoming my initial laziness and inertia that keep me sitting like a sloth.
Anyway, I think I can handle the next three days before our weigh-in by following the "good" book of nutritional intake.
