We often crave unhealthy foods and that leads to an unhealthy body and unwanted obesity. What we need to realize is that the food industry's only goal is to keep you coming back for more and more. Non-nutritive foods become addictive to the point that we eat them even when we know they are causing disease in our body. Before eating that next chip, stop and think about what you are doing. Will it taste good? Probably. Will it nourish your body? No. Will you be satisfied with only 1? No. Will you eat until they are gone? Probably. Will you regret it afterwords? Yes. Will it contribute to your obesity? Yes. Should you say "No" and finally begin to make the choices that will enhance you life and bring you a healthy fulfilling life? ABSOLUTELY! Choose Cambridge Diet and get on the road to losing the weight and improving your health.
Don't I wish

If I were that disciplined to ask all of those questions and WAIT for an answer, I wouldn't be fat.
I wish I had the intellectual and emotional maturity to do what you suggest. But, unfortunately, I don't. I mindlessly throw something into my mouth for immediate gratification.
The trillion dollar food industry (drug pushers) have the upper hand because of my food addiction. My only defense for them is to be on Cambridge sole source for about a week so that my appetite is markedly diminished and I don't WANT that junk.
