Good morning, folks!!

Another good day on Cambridge. I appreciate all of the posts yesterday. It truly made me feel not alone anymore.

This morning I am making my shake and just keepin' it movin'!!

Good for you Yvonne! Hope today was another successful one for you. I'm trying some ideas to get the board activity going so hang in there with me!

thanks for sharing Yvonne. Hey two days in a row on the board. I don't drink the shakes. I make the chocolate cake out of them which seems to help me. Celery seems to be helping me with pain I get in addition to an aleve. I guess weight loss has also helped I wish they would come out with some new products like they have in the UK. You have to be in right mind set. If you go off a day.the trick is to go right back on which in the past I always messed up.

Yes, Barbara, I agree with you. Mind set is key, but goals are helpful, too.

That's why this Board is so important to me. I know I am not perfect and I just need some reassurance that I'm not alone sometimes.

I keep trying for new products and I send them ideas regularly. I am trying to get them to consider a "Mix a Mousse" product like they have there in the UK so we can convert our shakes in to a pudding. I am also trying for a Malt flavor shake. Our company is a lot smaller then the UK and new product development is very expensive. Production is also a lot more since the manufactures we use charge more for smaller lots. I keep firing off ideas though! lol! feel free to do the same. You can contact them direct and make suggestions.

Also...you are SOOO RIGHT! the trick is exactly that. Don't let a slip turn in to a slide. Get right back on track, make yourself a shake, and tell yourself you are back on your diet. Just keep going
