Day 2

Last night was a struggle. The night is the hardest time for me and it is a war of will for me very night. Most of the time I give in to temptation. I noticed having hibiscus herbal tea is very helpful.

It's Day 2 and a new day.

I read this before. I like 91 and 98.

Everybody has weight loss advice and when they find out you are trying to lose using Cambridge shakes they become extremely critical. The secret to do ing Cambridge is don't let anyone know you are using the shakes with no food. Otherwise, be prepared for a verbal assault.

As my Dad would say, "Folks are like 'crabs in a basket'". They all mull around doing nothing until one of them tries to get out of the basket and then ALL of the other ones migrate over and try to pull the other one back down into the basket.

I have noticed the "verbal assault" and was quite surprised by people's reactions when I told them about Cambridge many years ago. I have learned to keep my mouth SHUT!! It's best for everybody.
