FYI The Cambridge manufacturing plant and warehouse is in the process of relocating. Due to this, production has been temporarily paused and some flavors are on back-order. It may take up to a month before things are up and running 100%, but until then the company will continue to ship from their current inventory.To see what flavors are currently available, click on the order link which will take you to the Cambridge shopping cart. There you can make your selections and place your order. Just a head's up...several of the chocolate flavors are either running low, or are already on back-order. Rich Chocolate is out as is Tonalin CLA Chocolate Brownie. The 330 with Tonalin CLA Chocolate Truffle is still available, but the 330 Dutch Chocolate (most popular) is running low so get your order in ASAP. FFL Chocolate and Vanilla are also out. There are only a few Rich Vanillas left. We thank you for your patience as we make this transition.
Ah! So I just placed a completely tonalin order. I’m guessing they’ll contact me for replacement flavors before they ship?

The only Tonalin flavor that I know of that is out is the Chocolate brownie. That is the thinner texture one. The Tonalin Chocolate Truffle (Rich thick texture) is still in stock.

I ordered some product (not the one I wanted) and I also gave them a piece of my mind. I told them that this was unconscionable for a company such as Cambridge not to have anticipated what inventory was needed in order for there to be a smooth transition to a new facility. I also told them that this unexpected blow to my weight-loss psyche was totally unacceptable. This systems failure should have never happened.
As a token of their customer appreciation, Cambridge should give everyone free shipping when these products are available again.
I know it is upsetting. I could get really upset too since it will affect my business, but I think they did the best they could to predict the demand based on the normal seasonal fluctuations as well as the fact that sales were running unusually low for about 5 months. They suddenly picked up 2 months ago and by that time they had made the final runs and began the moving of equipment. This is the entire Dean Distributors food service company making this move, not just the Cambridge branch, so it's a big one. There will be product available, just not necessarily our favorite flavors for a couple of weeks at best, at worst, maybe a month. There is still Dutch Chocolate in the 330 in stock. I know you like the Rich, but you can stretch what you have by doing what I usually do, mixing the 2 Chocolates 1/2 and 1/2. You get the wonderful chocolate flavor of the Dutch, and the thickness of the Rich.
