I ordered some product (not the one I wanted) and I also gave them a piece of my mind. I told them that this was unconscionable for a company such as Cambridge not to have anticipated what inventory was needed in order for there to be a smooth transition to a new facility. I also told them that this unexpected blow to my weight-loss psyche was totally unacceptable. This systems failure should have never happened.
As a token of their customer appreciation, Cambridge should give everyone free shipping when these products are available again.
