I know it is upsetting. I could get really upset too since it will affect my business, but I think they did the best they could to predict the demand based on the normal seasonal fluctuations as well as the fact that sales were running unusually low for about 5 months. They suddenly picked up 2 months ago and by that time they had made the final runs and began the moving of equipment. This is the entire Dean Distributors food service company making this move, not just the Cambridge branch, so it's a big one. There will be product available, just not necessarily our favorite flavors for a couple of weeks at best, at worst, maybe a month. There is still Dutch Chocolate in the 330 in stock. I know you like the Rich, but you can stretch what you have by doing what I usually do, mixing the 2 Chocolates 1/2 and 1/2. You get the wonderful chocolate flavor of the Dutch, and the thickness of the Rich.
