I just finished a delicious Cambridge shake - the last shake of the day.I am hoping to lose a few pounds before the preop exam for a colonoscopy at the end of August which also coincides with our 39th wedding anniversary. I am determined not to let stress get to me this time. I may not be very active on the board but I will try to report in once per day as that does help me to hold myself accountable. I'm turning 60 this coming Feb so I figure I am about 10 years past due! lol. I watched a few while in nursing school and I know they are no big deal. It's just one more thing to put on the list I guess. Nothing beats a positive state of mind when working on goals. It's something I have to consciously work on as I tend to be a worst case scenario type. Have a great day MaryL!
