Day 9 Posted by MaryL on 9/26/2018, 12:30 pm I noticed I feel better, not so depressed, happier and healthier this week. I attribute the feeling to focusing on health and taking the Cambridge everyday. Last night after work went well with a large cup of herbal tea for my "wind down" treat. In the past after work and as a stress release I would be out of control! The herbal tea is a great alternative. Today is my daughter's birthday. My husband and I ae meeting her for lunch today as I have to work later and she has a busy class and wok schedule. Yes, I am probably going to eat a meal today at the restaurant but I will be back on shakes for the rest of the week. I had a FFL Vanilla Pumpkin and spice shake for breakfast. I keep a stash Original Dutch Chocolate at work for my dinner. Everyone have a good day.

I have a 12 and 16 year old and they LOVE IT It is SOO true...we are the sum of the 5 closest people to us...so choose wisely! I just ate 2 low carb wraps I will be buckled in by tomorrow....I'm not sure why I even did that?? I'm starting today at 144.4....just for accountability - I am going to go walk 8 miles..grr Smile! I actually bought a can of pumpkin today and I'm just getting ready to put in my Cambridge order which will include some rich Vanilla. Yum!!
