6th week Posted by Yvonne on 10/6/2018, 1:19 pm Well, it hasn't been perfect by any stretch of the imagination; however, I have had 30 days continuously of exercycling and abdominal crunches. That for me is a win!! I have drifted with Cambridge (depending on the circumstances of anxiety, worry and fear); however, the caloric count is still less than 1000 calories per day. I am going to try to improve that number downward towards the 500 calorie per day ballpark. I know I can do it. I just need to focus more on the goal of "getting there". Have a great day everyone!!

I apparently had my last pool day a few days ago and didn't know it. We have been getting rain and the sun isn't hitting it enough to keep the temp up. I'm very sad about this. It really is my favorite source of exercise. Time to go in to winter mode and bring out the kettle-bell!
