I had only an hour before an appointment. The choice was get ready for the appointment or try to get some walking in. I chose the latter and went to my neighborhood park and started walking. I knew I needed to hurry. I was on fire. I passed two people and NO ONE was passing me unless they were running, rollerblading or on a bike. I was really moving!! My usual steps per minute was 108 to 110. When I finished, I was walking 114 steps per minute!!! It felt good.
Walking, sipping Cambridge, drinking water and using my Fitbit are helping me get to that all elusive goal. I don’t know how much I weigh and, right now, I don’t care. What I DO care about is following the routine I have set for myself. Bike, abdominals, Cambridge, water and walk——repeat!
YES!

You certainly are! We make choices every day and when you get on a track of making productive ones, they tend to build on the next and the next. Well done.
