Hey Yvonne. I'm waiting for mine too. I ran out of what I had left. Should be tuesday for me. Sticking to lean protein and veg while I'm waiting. We are looking at treadmills! I'm pretty excited about that. With diabetes lurking again I can't take the winter off from swimming without putting something in it's place. We found a Nordic Track on Amazon with a good incline. I think we're going to go for it. Better to go in to debt for that then Dr bills!
How about a rowing machine?

Have you thought of an elliptical or rowing machine?
My trainer says those two pieces of equipment are awesome for cardio and weight loss. They use ALL the muscles in your body (upper and lower).
I don't have either of them. I just walk. However, when we have our session, 3 times a week, I am on the elliptical at least 20 minutes and it's really cool.
Andy does best on a treadmill. He has bad knees, hips, shoulders, etc so rowing is out for him. After his heart bypass his Dr had him on a treadmill routine that he is looking forward to getting back in to. I HATE ellipticals! lol! We only have a tiny space to squeeze this thing in so there won't be any additional room for anything else. I would love a rowing machine, personally. I'm good with the treadmill though. All I need is a good incline to get what I need. I have my kettlebell for upper body and I have my own core workout that I do.
Reading reviews for various equipment can drive you CRAZY! there will be 500 saying it is fantastic, but those 20 or so that say it's a piece of junk stand out. As long as it arrives undamaged, I'm good to go. Fortunately, Andy is a master at assembly. I don't have to do it! Yay!!!! One of the many perks of marriage.
