Day 4 Saboteur At Wofrk Posted by MaryL on 11/15/2018, 10:05 am I did really well yesterday. After 11 pm was a different story. My husband knows I am on Cambridge and he knows how hard I struggle to stay on track. Yet he sabotaged my efforts last night. I own my part in it...I could have spoke up and said what I was thinking but I kept silent and swallowed it down. Today is a new day. I realize I need to find my voice and learn to say no. Next week Thanksgiving will be upon us. I have a house to clean, food to prepare, and a big dinner to prepare for my family. I have to get a handle on the impulses before next week. Everyone have a good day.

Spousal sabotage!! I was just like you. You say you could have "spoke up" but in truth, that doesn't happen for any of us. Try to stay focused and do the best you can during these days up to Thanksgiving. I know it is hard for all of us. But, you are a strong woman, as am I, and we can do this.
