I did really well yesterday. After 11 pm was a different story. My husband knows I am on Cambridge and he knows how hard I struggle to stay on track. Yet he sabotaged my efforts last night. I own my part in it...I could have spoke up and said what I was thinking but I kept silent and swallowed it down. Today is a new day. I realize I need to find my voice and learn to say no.

Next week Thanksgiving will be upon us. I have a house to clean, food to prepare, and a big dinner to prepare for my family. I have to get a handle on the impulses before next week.
