Day 2 Posted by MaryL on 1/2/2019, 11:06 am Day 2= I had my first shake of the day and now I am going to reach for the Tylenol again to rid myself of this headache. I have to go back to work today which will aid in keeping me on track. I will try to report in later. Everyone have a good day.

I was unable to get rid of a really, really bad headache. I had a small salad and some black coffee. My headache went away. I am reporting that I am not perfect but I am doing OK. A small salad is nothing compared to a tray of brownies, a dozen cookies, half of a cake, AND/OR a whole bag of Doritos. Knowing myself and compared to past debauchery I can testify that this is a very good thing! My tummy and my brain a very happy! I will strive for total SS yet again tomorrow and I Know that I can do this! I am going to have my last shake of the day at 7PM. Everyone have a nice evening.

That little salad had just enough carbs to give your body some carbohydrate to burn, but certainly not enough to stall your progress.
