something a little different Posted by Nonie on 3/21/2019, 2:14 pm I received my 4 bags of 330 Choc. today!! So excited!! I am going to try the experiment Pam asked about but I am going to add a twist. On the days I will be doing SS I am going to add 1 teaspoon of MCT oil to each drink. It should keep me full and will only add about 100 calories per day. I weighed this morning so I know what I am starting out at. If all of you don't mind, I will try and keep you posted on how it is working for me.

MCT typically comes from coconut and should help to boost you in to ketosis. It does tend to send me to the bathroom a bit frequently, so beware! lol!
