I'm still SSing and I'm feeling great. My only addition has been the T of avocado oil in my morning shake and a few extra large garlic stuffed olives. Weird choice probably, but they are 0 carb and a healthy fat, plus you get a big bang for your flavor punch with them being only 7 Cal each. 2 of them really satisfies.
I hope you are all doing well and are ready for this upcoming Memorial Day weekend. For some of you that may mean some kind of gathering that will likely include foods that you'd rather avoid. Remember you have options and the right to make choices for yourself. If you decide to indulge, do it with the commitment that you are right back on plan Tuesday. Try to choose low carb options and avoid alcohol if at all possible. Oh...and have a good time!

Sorry! I just now saw this. I started on the 14th. I took a couple of days off over the holiday and I'm back at it now. I'm pretty sure I am a 10 now. My 12s are falling off of me. I bought a really useful belt that is making it so I can continue to wear my 12s. I love it so much I am going to order a few more so I don't have to switch it from one pair of pants to another. Also Andy wants one! His pants are falling off to! lol
