10,736 steps so far Posted by Yvonne on 7/16/2019, 2:21 pm Hi, everyone: I'm just checking in!! The Board is a bit quiet! What are you doing out there? Well, I am back on track and had my shake this morning, went to the gym and then during lunch walked in the park. I graduated from a reclining elliptical to a stand-up elliptical machine. I had been dreading that for years, but, I decided if I wanted to burn more calories, I had to do it the traditional way. Anyway, I hope everyone is fighting their demons and winning.
