A new start---a new day!! Posted by Yvonne on 1/12/2020, 9:27 am It's my mother's birthday today. She died 43 years ago, but she was the BEST mom anyone could have ever had. I cherish her memory. So, today, in her honor, I have decided to be the BEST I can be and return to Cambridge sole source. They may not be selling the product any more in the United States, but the name and the program is from the United Kingdom (Dr. Alan Howard). Anyway, I have a new-found need to just finish what I started. I am 47 pounds away from my goal and hopefully, I can just get there in the next month. Take care,

To me, Cambridge sole source IS a modified fast with all the nutrients a body needs. The intermittent fasting doesn’t work for me because I don’t get into ketosis (which suppresses my appetite) and consequently, I just go crazy eating everything. I’ll just stick with the sole source. So far, so good.

Not just the patient but to the caretaker. My husband is getting better each day, but it is a glacial progress. I, on the other hand, have been inundated with responsibility, worry and just everything. But, I am determined to stay true to Cambridge sole source because if anything happens to me, my husband has no one else. Again, thank you for your continued interest in his progress.
