Well, what can I say? I promised myself that I would journal and post every day (good or bad) and I am doing that.
The past three days have NOT been so good for me. I started out gangbusters, then the real world kind of intruded into my world and BOOM!!——there went all of my focus.
No excuses. My Dad would say, "Losers give excuses, Winners get results!" I guess that's the quote for today.
Well, I am starting my breakfast shake today anyway. I am hell-bent on getting through this day on MY terms, not the world's terms——NO MATTER WHAT!!

I've been having trouble sticking to my plan since right before Mother's Day. I can't believe how far off track I went on Saturday and Sunday. Now here I am on Wednesday and I'm not doing much better. Sometimes it takes me a while (days or weeks) to get completely back on track. I'm doubling my efforts tomorrow. I really need to get this done!
