Not that I'm opposed to discussions involving sexuality, if it somehow contributed/relates to your parcopresis, but that comment seemed somewhat random and was more information than I really needed to know! Even if it had been a fantasy about helping someone overcome their parcopresis, probably still T.M.I. Now if you wanted to go into a detailed discussion of your bowel movements, that would be T.M.I. on pretty much any forum except for this one!
