Hey, Baz == would you give me your email so I can correspond. I have not given up w/ the idea of the hypnotherapy CDs for all of us. I think it would be so great to have the hypnotherapist work with us and make available CDs like the ones that exist now for IBS and which have proven so successfu (there is a lot of scientific/medical literature on the efficacy of hypnosis on IBS). I'll fill you in but would prefer to do it one-on-one at this stage. I have to believe there is some way we can mastery of our bodies in order to do what "mathman" post suggests with desensitization. My big despair is that my body locks and I have no option to experiment -- in any case, hope you'll let post email where I can write you. Hope all's well w/ you and thanks for your reply!
