What you need to do, is make sure you have regular bowel movements - always at the same time of day, that way you stay in control. For instance, I always go straight after breakfast, in my own home, so that once it's done, I know I won't need to go for another 24 hours. So I can have a shower and leave the house during the day and feel confident and clean and see friends (but obviously never stay the night at someone's house). To have a regular movement, you need to eat half a fennel (it's a vegetable) or a cup of fennel tea in the evening, and when you go the next day, it will be easy and quick and not smelly or noisy. I promise that within 2 or 3 days, you can train yourself to go at 8am straight after breakfast (or whatever time suits you). good luck and have a nice xmas
