Just Go With It Lory
Tooty is right on. I've always only been able to go in very familiar places. Right now I can go at my own house, my Dad's house where I grew up, and my boyfriend's house, but only if he's not there. He knows that I have poo issues and thinks it's cute. It's funny because I spent four years in the army and had absolutely no privacy and I survived. I didn't go for three days when I first got to basic training, but after that it was no big deal going in huge stall bathrooms and port-o-pottys. Then once I finished with the army and came home I went right back to how I was before. I think the most important thing is just to not force it and also to talk about it. My boyfriend says he thinks it's a really normal girl thing and I know a lot of women who can't go unless they're at home. Spacing out on the internet usually helps me relax enough to go. Anyway, don't be ashamed. We all have quirks, and this is one of yours. It's alright.
