yes! sometimes i fear that i will have to go, so i worry about, try to keep my body from feeling it, but it actually makes me have to go worse! it's completely anxiety based. i'm usually pretty good about holding it till after work, but then i have to go straight home after work and never participate in post-work activities with co-workers at the pub. i have it set in my routine so rigidly.
i envy people that can have a bm in a public restroom. i wonder too if others notice it. i think it's because we are so paranoid about it that we make ourselves aware of others. i spent a weekend at a cabin with 5 other girls and was so worried about not being able to go or someone hearing me. the weird part is, i never noticed when anyone else went. i feel like it's so casual to others, they just get up and do it when they need to and it isn't a big deal. why do i think others will notice when i do and it will be a big deal?
