i've kicked it for a long time and it came back recently and is really affecting me mentally, and i keep having the bouts of "pinching" it off because i think about it too much. what can i do??? everytime i think about it i get more stressed too! almost like an anxiety attack. i hate it. this time i've told myself if it doesn't get better i will go to a doctor. but do i go to a psychologist or a regular doc? would they be able to do anything? sometimes i just want to go buy a laxative so i can at least go again and hopefully relieve the discomfort. is that a good idea? it just sucks.
