yeah, me and my emails - think i'm a bit attention defecit, so everything's all or nothing! i write nothing for ages, and then i rattle off a whole, great long epistle! think, that's one of the reasons i thought i should write a book rather than keep trying to respond to people's requests for advice.

regarding irrelevant posts, or inconsequential threads, my view is that as long as nobody is threatening the feeling of safety of using this board, and the posts have some kind of relevance to shy bowel, then why not let people post? especially since some posters might feel shy about posting. but perhaps that's the benefit of having more than one person running the site is that we can discuss these kind of things and come to a group decision on policies and guidelines on what messages the site puts out and also on how we moderate the message board.
