Please try not to be so down on yourself. Losing a girlfriend/boyfriend sucks and probably magnifies your feeling that this problem has ruined your life. But, it hasn't. A serious damper, yes, but 100% ruined, hardly. Think of all the things you can still do! You can go for a walk, meet friends online in chat groups, or write in a journal. You have friends here, even if we never meet. We all share your pain and have lived through the exact same types of situations.
Believe me, there have been times I thought this problem ruined my life. I recognize that it makes me different and that I need certain accommodations other people don't need, but I could have something else wrong with me like diabetes or arthritis that would limit me in some way. Everybody has something they're struggling with. You're definitely not alone.
I hope you're able to meet a new girl soon. A counselor once told me that people like people who like themselves. I've found this to be true. When you do meet a girl, make sure she knows that you are proud of your accomplishments and that you like yourself, and she will like you too!
best of luck,
Jennifer
