I am writing because I've found 100% method which make me recover. It base on the breath holding method used by people with shy bladder syndrome. How it works? You just need to sit down on the toilet and hold your breath until you will get to the point when you will notice gasping for air feeling, hold your breath 5 seconds more and voila - your bowel is fully relaxed , just push and inhale and thats it !
