Hey I just discovered this site and I was kind of wondering if anyone still uses it. I'm fifteen and I have suffered from shy bowel and shy bladder for as long as I can remember. I think it would be really nice to be able to talk to some other people who know what I'm going through. By the way this is my first time using a message board for anything.
