Sorry folks. I'm black, from the states, and my parents are from the Caribbean islands. Just like so many other conditions, I think that parcoparesis affects a wide range of people. Most likely, those of us who suffer through this condition, have experienced moments of stress and anxiety that have created an imbalanced nervous reaction that affects the ability to destress when it's time to poop. At least that's how I understand it, in my repeated struggle with this and other IBS/SIBO-related issues. Perhaps you haven't received much response from china, Spain, etc., because the search for info in their own language first and look for other forum sources within their own country.
