Hello, i'm sure i have parcopresis, like most people there i can't poop in public bathrooms, or when other people are close. I know physically i'm fine because when i'm at home i go everyday without any problems.

I'm going to another country with my boyfriend for 3 weeks, we'll be staying in a hotel and i'm VERY worried... Usually i just didn't poop for 4-7 days on trips but i know i just can't hold it for 3 weeks..

My question is - has anyone with a severe parcopresis been in this such situation for a long time? How did it go? I have a hope that somehow it would fix itself if there are absolutely no other ways (for example if i move in with other people) but i'm very scared about my upcoming trip.
I think i might need to say that i'm sick to safely stay at the hotel alone at least a couple of times during that trip or... i could tell him the truth and ask him to leave me alone for some time but that would be very embarrassing...

Another question - have you tried Bisacodyl (aka Dulcolax/Durolax, Muxol, Fleet, Nourilax, Alophen, Correctol) or other suppositories? Did they work? I tried it once in a trip and it didn't work, i just had horrible cramps...
