Dyslexia

I have an 8 yr old son recently tested for Dyslexia. He has difficulty with reading aloud, writing sentences, math facts, concentrating when distractions around, reading comprehension. Before being tested for this LD, we thought he had ADD. I am wondering about the behavioral issues associated with Dyslexia. He is forgetful, fidgity, emotionally sensitive, screams when doesn't get his way, exaggerates when hurt, everything is a chore, defies parents but not other adults, very polite with others, very kind to little kids, lots of energy... Is this common with Dyslexia? Even though the behavior issues aren't always associated with schooling/learning? Thank you for your responses!
