I am a student scholer,who have interest in doing a study with learning disability children.i would like to do bibliotherapy,ie,telling stories to children ,and making them to tell stories by showing some pictures to them.after a 5 weeks pf therapy I would like to assess the effectiveness of the therapy by assessing the students.so can I get information regarding a standardised tool , which specifically assess the reading comprehension and attention span of children ,before and after therapy. I would like to know about the scoring and interpretation of the tool also .Is there any problem in modifying the cognitive process inventory scale,by excluding some items from the standardised scale?whether interpretation will becom impossible with the modification?kindly provide the information needed.
