The two target species occur on what I call the
"Le Mans" start. All those fishing must be at headquarters by 5.00am for the draw. We draw one easy fish to catch and one hard fish to catch, those becoming your target species. All those at the draw receive double points for whatever of the two drawn fish they weigh in. The only others accepted at the weigh station are those that may be pin fish but they are not eligible for points. . At our last one I caught that 10.585kg Snapper. No points. The other time I award double points is at our "Pania Shield" challenge between us and several other clubs. The reason I do this is because of the shortening of the fishing times.
