i have at times struggeld to hold my sinker in stronger current onshore winds while fishing at whakaki. im not to botherd about casting it further, but if i can get a little more distance and hold a sinker a little better at times then im quessing shifting to 6oz will do it? but does that mean i will need a heaver shock leader or will 30lb still cope?
