Welldone racepics me and my dad took a mate from work who just wanted to catch his first snapper. Tahaenui was our pick tonight with 1m swell and 10knts off shore wind was picture perfect! first to come knocking was 1kg gurnard next cast my rod bent over again to see a 33cm snapper and as i was pulling this in my other rod took off as well which my mate Dave was able to bring in his first snapper which weighed in at 1.6 kilos was a great fish. all up a great night with 2 kahawai 2 snapper a good lemon and 2 gurnard. best night iv had in a long time!
