Hangler, you're on to it my friend. Hard to get good anchovies at present. New World has pillies as small i have seen for a long time. Will stock up the freezer asap. Here's a tip. Just take wot you need out of freezer, put them in plastic bag and wrap in plenty of newspaper. At he beach just cut tiny hole through the wrapping and take pillies out as you need. They stay frozen LONG time.
