I will be looking into suitable casting venues up here in Auckland once my workload calms down in a month or two.

The problem with the race courses is they're highly utilised most weekends. It's looking likely it will have to be on the out skirts of Auckland. As has been mentioned finding a suitbale open area with safety room for breakoffs is not easy and I the traditional venue the Bethells guys used in the past was wanting insurance taken out so that added an extra expense for the club/casters ontop of the hireage.

Once/If I can find somewhere suitable then I'll discuss it with Jock & the NZACA and the club will send out appropriate notifications
