sometimes one has to pick there fights, I was not to concerned as there was a family(with kids), was a shame to see but they were happy. I had my boys with me as well- we had 3 eagle rays playing in the shallows right in front of us in no more than 1 foot of water- very funny as my boys thought they were sharks - wading out out I was being careful doing the Harlem shuffle in the water- also found alot of grot sharks(rig) were around only small upto 3-4 kg,they would only take the cray/pillie baits with out a muppet/skirt. Caught 90% of the fish on a ledger rig with 2/0 hooks and some new beads (and these work). Also dropped down to a 25 lb floro trace.
