You are rite there Hangler, its a hard one to take care of, like i said even with toilets available people choose to not use them, Its a personal choice, and a hard one to police, when the areas in question are in the middle of mountains and on secluded beaches, i guess all we can do as individuals is do our part in keeping the place clean and green.
