I have been pondering this subject since it was posted . I agree there needs to be some changes but its going to be difficult for all to come to a compromise to suit all , just look at what happened when the international casting were rushed out and new ones rush without the proper dialogue.
When you pushing your point of view it is hard not to be a little selfish .
Like I said I'm still pondering and trying to look at points of view from all angles.
