Was out there yesterday and been put onto a couple of places in bowentown but was not there for long the wind started to kick up too much and had turned easterly on me while I was heading over there from Te Awamutu to top it off I spent more time pulling weed off my mainline than anything else after the stir up from the night before. Will be doing some more researching with the google sattelite images to compile a bigger list of spots I want to try and have seen that creek you mentioned on there.
