It is only a jarvis walker biff it in the bin and invest in something better there are some good quality reels of reputable brands around at a good price at the moment on TM so would be better to just get a new one. I am in the same boat after the anti reverse rod dropped out of my daiwa crossfire 5000 while servicing it can't get the gears apart due to a screw that I can't even get to crack loose then the cat sent it flying while. cover was off so over the shoulder it went and new reel under research as of then.
