Yup totally agree Grant will probably look at going on the 21st or 22nd of this month seeing I hit the naughty 40's on the 21st and god help anyone who stuffs up my plans for that one. Can't go next weekend as I am doing a couple of milkings at the farm I regularly do relief milkings for so that is my fuel and road users covered for that trip. Having a nosey at that casting practice day today would have been good could have picked up on some casting techniques just by watching to try and improve my distances a bit more as I have been tempted to have a go at one of these casting comps just to see what I can do on the casting court with my two surfcasting rigs.
