Just joined to post. Long time fisherman here born and breed in Wanganui. The next few days are looking great for an early morning fish. This morning you would have been lucky to squeeze an extra rod anywhere alone the north mole.

I would suggest heading north up the beach just past the Karaka st stream. The pipi beds there produce some nice catches.

A rather nice hole has just opened up infront of my house so will be hitting that in the morning.
