Sue Rex and I fished Porangahau Beach today in prime conditions from 8am through to 6.30pm. Apart from a 2 hour bite time 9am to 11am (note Logan) It was soul destorying. Overall we caught 15 kahawai, but not all were
weighers in fact not even half were weighers.
Hoping for some more action from bigger fish in the morning. Ringing around locally it seems that fishing was tough today. That will mean that they will be hungry in the morning.
