It was a requirement of the BOP Regional Council for us to use the park for our 2014 National Comp. in Papamoa. Your Parent body is looking very hard for options of casting venues of acceptable quality. Plenty that could handle 180m without bustoffs.
As for the local venue for Pania, the Polo grounds. They are owned and managed by the Hastings Rugby & Sports Club and they cannot gaurantee public will not use it during our casting.
