These work exceptionally well,we used a earlier "development" model.
Even in big strong wash on the 90 mile they stood rock solid.
If you fish any sandy beaches this should be part of your kit. It is really a set and forget rod-stand.
With normal "V" shape of stands the waves slowly wash the sand away around the base. When using the pipe it seems that the water gets deflected away and it doesn't "dig" out your rod-stand.
Definitely get one you wont be sorry
